MIFSP staff chose to conduct an independent examination of five primary claims made by the CFP Board of Standards, Inc. and licensed the examination tool, processes and results to the Institute.  As a result, MIFSP is now ready, willing and able to provide more than 210 CFP Board registered educational programs at colleges & universities around the U.S.A with the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) education, training, and third party compliance tools, theories and evidence that professors, instructors, the CFP Board of Standards, Inc. and others need in order to avoid generally misrepresenting:

2. The approval,
3. The uses,
4. The benefits,
5. The capabilities, and 
6. The status of CFP Certificants & Practitioners;
7. In addition to generally misrepresenting the quality of any Comprehensive or:
8. Tax Planning
9. Employee Benefit Planning
10. Estate Planning
11. Investment Planning
12. Risk Management & Insurance Planning and
13. Retirement Planning advice CFP Certificants and/or Practitioners provide; and last but not least they can also avoid generally misrepresenting the
